The rules, limits, and responsibilities for using TrackOnSight.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and TrackOnSight governing your access to and use of the website, analytics platform, watchlist, push notification system, and browser extensions operated under the Service.

By visiting the website, using any dashboard or data view, subscribing to notifications, adding entities to a watchlist, or installing related browser extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

TrackOnSight is an independent third-party analytics and tracking product built around publicly accessible data from Free4Talk. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Free4Talk.

The Service may include the following features:

• Live room monitoring: active room tracking, room status, topics, member counts, and language information.
• User profiles and session history: user activity, historical names, social counts, room participation, and session timelines.
• Leaderboards and statistics: rankings based on tracked activity and historical analytics.
• Watchlist and push alerts: browser notifications for configured user or room events.
• Relationship analysis: inferred co-occurrence and social proximity views derived from overlapping session records.
• Companion Games: free browser-based multiplayer games (currently Deedfall) designed to be played alongside voice sessions, governed by Section 7.
• Optional browser extensions: utilities such as the Music Bot and AI Chatbot that run in the browser context.

The Service is provided on an available basis and may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility & Access

The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have appropriate parent or guardian permission where required.

Most platform features, including browsing rooms, viewing user profiles, reviewing leaderboards, and using single-device push notifications, are available without creating an account.

We may restrict or terminate access where use appears abusive, unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.

4. User Accounts

TrackOnSight currently supports account access through Google OAuth. If you choose to sign in, we receive only the limited identity data required to identify your account within the Service.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your Google account and active sessions.
• You must not share account access or allow others to use the Service through your account.
• You must notify us promptly at trackonsight@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting trackonsight@gmail.com. Personal watchlist data, notification preferences, and linked push subscriptions may be removed, while anonymised aggregate analytics generated earlier may remain as part of the platform’s historical dataset.

5. Push Notifications & Watchlist

The watchlist and notification system allows users to monitor selected Free4Talk users or rooms and receive browser-level alerts when specified events occur.

How it works

When you subscribe, your browser generates a push subscription endpoint. That endpoint is associated with a push token and stored for notification delivery and watchlist management. No personal account data is required for a basic push-only setup.

Supported alert types

• User online: a tracked user comes online.
• User offline: a tracked user goes offline.
• Name change: a tracked user changes display name.
• Room goes live: a tracked room becomes active.
• Room threshold: a room reaches a configured member count.
• Gone dark: inactivity exceeds a configured period.

Your consent

By granting browser notification permission, you consent to receiving alerts related to entities you choose to watch. You may revoke permission in browser settings or unsubscribe through the Service.

6. Chrome Extensions

TrackOnSight may offer optional browser extensions that are governed by these Terms, along with any relevant browser marketplace rules and applicable third-party provider terms.

Music Bot

The Music Bot extension is intended to run locally in the browser and provide music-related utility inside the user’s own browsing context.

AI Chatbot

The AI Chatbot extension can use third-party model providers such as Gemini or Groq directly from the browser. Users are responsible for supplying and managing their own third-party API keys where required.

Extension-specific limitations

• Extension behaviour may break if Free4Talk changes its site structure or interaction model.
• AI-generated output is produced by third-party systems and remains outside our direct control.
• Using extensions to spam, harass, disrupt, or impersonate others is prohibited.

7. Companion Games

TrackOnSight offers free browser-based multiplayer games ("Companion Games"), currently including Deedfall. The following terms apply to your use of them.

License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Companion Games through our website for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the game software, automate gameplay, or interfere with game servers or other players' sessions.

Virtual items have no value. All in-game currency, properties, cards, and other items are fictional play elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or sold, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, and may be modified or deleted at any time. The Companion Games involve no wagering, no entry fees, and no prizes; they are not gambling products.

Rooms are temporary. Game rooms, match state, chat messages, and seat assignments are ephemeral. They are deleted when a match ends, when a room empties, or when servers restart. We provide no guarantee of persistence and no ability to restore a lost or interrupted match.

Conduct in games. Display names and in-game chat are your responsibility and must comply with Section 9 (Acceptable Use) of these Terms. Room hosts may remove players from their rooms. We may block access to the Companion Games for anyone who cheats, harasses others, or abuses the service.

Availability. Companion Games are provided "as is" on best-effort infrastructure. Servers may sleep when idle (causing a delayed first load), restart without notice, or be discontinued entirely. Sections 12 (Disclaimers & Warranties) and 13 (Limitation of Liability) apply fully to the Companion Games.

Originality. The Companion Games are original works created by TrackOnSight. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Free4Talk, Hasbro, Mattel, or any other party, and any resemblance to commercial board games is limited to uncopyrightable game mechanics.

8. Data We Collect & Display

TrackOnSight collects and displays publicly available data sourced from Free4Talk’s API and related publicly visible platform activity.

• Display names, avatar URLs, supporter or verification signals, and social counts.
• Room topics, language settings, member counts, and room state.
• Session records including observed joins, leaves, and room participation history.
• Historical display name changes identified across polling cycles.
• Inferred co-occurrence data derived from overlapping session presence.

We do not collect Free4Talk passwords, private messages, private contact details, or any non-public Free4Talk account credentials through the Service.

Retention

Session records, room history, and user activity datasets may be retained indefinitely because historical analytics gain value over time.

Accuracy

Data accuracy depends on third-party platform availability and output. Delays, API changes, downtime, or irregular platform behaviour may affect completeness or correctness.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and without causing harm to the platform, its infrastructure, or other individuals.

• You must not scrape, mirror, or bulk extract data from the Service without written permission.
• You must not use the platform to stalk, harass, threaten, or target individuals.
• You must not interfere with security controls, rate limits, authentication, or access restrictions.
• You must not republish or commercialise platform data without explicit written approval.
• You must not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or limits.
• You must not upload or introduce malicious code or disruptive automation.
• You must not impersonate TrackOnSight, its operators, or other users.
• You must not use browser extensions to spam or flood Free4Talk rooms or participants.

10. Intellectual Property

The software, design system, branding, interface, original source code, written copy, and product-specific assets of TrackOnSight are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain owned by the platform owner or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Public data sourced from Free4Talk remains subject to the rights of Free4Talk and its users. TrackOnSight does not claim ownership over that third-party data.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including data sources, authentication systems, infrastructure providers, ad networks, and AI model providers.

• Free4Talk: source of public room and user data.
• Google OAuth: optional sign-in provider.
• Google AdSense: advertising on selected pages.
• Cloudflare: traffic protection and CDN infrastructure.
• Gemini / Groq: model providers used by extension users who configure them.

We are not responsible for the independent availability, accuracy, conduct, or policy decisions of those third-party services.

12. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee that third-party sourced data will always be complete or accurate.
• We do not guarantee continuous push notification delivery.
• We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Analytics and signals shown on the platform are informational and should not be treated as guaranteed truth, legal advice, or operational assurance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRACKONSIGHT and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

• Loss of access or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of data.
• Service interruptions, delays, failures, or discontinuation.
• Bugs, harmful code, or third-party transmission failures.
• Missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate notifications.

Where certain exclusions are not permitted, liability will be limited to the greatest extent allowed under applicable law.

14. Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access if we reasonably believe use of the Service breaches these Terms, harms others, threatens infrastructure, or creates legal or security risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you hold an account, you may request deletion by contacting trackonsight@gmail.com.

On termination, personally linked watchlist or account data may be deleted, while anonymised or aggregate analytical outputs may remain.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the date at the top of this page will be updated and additional notice may be provided where appropriate.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective means the updated Terms apply going forward.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable information technology and data protection laws where relevant.

Disputes relating to these Terms or the Service are intended to fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India, unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
